In coordination of other UN agencies present on the ground, Unicef is providing supplies to allow access to adequate sanitation, safe water and basic heath care. Children are always the most vulnerable population in any natural disaster and Unicef is there for them before, during and after every emergency situation.
Many people around the world have contributed, but more funds are urgently needed.
